Yoga in French
Thursdays 10:30-11:30 am
$10 per class
This yoga class is taught in French. You don't need to be fluent in French since each posture will be demonstrated. You are welcome to bring your child to this class. Children can play while you do yoga or join you for the sequence!
Saturdays 10-10:45 am
$8 per family member
Through adapted sun salutations, partner yoga poses, games, and stories, children (4-12 y.o.) and adults can bond while having fun. Practicing yoga as a family can benefit the entire family. Communication between family members can improve as they become fully present for each other, letting go of their stresses. Furthermore, yoga helps children (and adults) calm down and pay attention to one thing at a time, therefore learning to increase their focus and concentration.
1 hour session for $50
Whether you want to meditate for an hour or access your inner strength and balance through yoga poses, a private yoga practice will help achieve your personal yoga goals faster than in a group class. One on one yoga is particularly helpful for new practitioners, pregnant women, or people recovering from an injury who need to modify their practice.
Mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, resistance bands, and eye pillows are available. You are welcome to use them.
Wear comfortable clothes and come to class with an empty stomach. Filtered water is available.
